What documents do I need to bring when picking up the trailer?
Please bring:
- A valid driver’s license
- Proof of auto insurance
- The credit card used for booking (for deposit verification)
- You are responsible for all damange to the trailer. We highly recommend adding us as additionally insured.

Am I responsible for any damage that occurs during my rental?
Yes. As the renter, you are fully responsible for any damage, theft, or loss that occurs to the trailer during your rental period — regardless of fault. This includes structural damage, cosmetic damage, tire blowouts, or any missing equipment (such as straps or ramps).

If any damage or an accident occurs during your rental, you must:
- Ensure everyone is safe and call emergency services if needed.
- Document the damage with clear photos and written notes.
- Contact Trackout Rentals immediately to report the situation.
- File a claim with your auto insurance provider, if applicable.

In many cases, yes — but coverage can vary. That’s why we highly recommend contacting your insurance provider before your rental to confirm your policy includes trailer coverage.
To maximize protection, ask your insurer to:
- Confirm trailer coverage under your auto policy.
- List Priority One, LLC D/B/A Trackout Rentals as an "Additional Insured" for the duration of your rental.
Providing this documentation in advance helps ensure a smooth claims process, should anything go wrong.

If you choose not to file through your insurance provider, or if your policy does not cover the damage, you will be financially liable for the full cost of repairs or replacement. This amount will be assessed by our service team and deducted from your deposit or charged to the card on file.
